About me

I am a neurodiversity coach in the Seattle Metropolitan Area. I teach neurodivergent-identifying tech workers how to communicate more authentically at work and at home. Some areas of focus we might explore include clarity, confidence, and neurodivergent camouflage (or “masking”). Since early 2023, I’ve been immersing myself in Nonviolent Communication. This forms a cornerstone of my practice.

I am also a software engineer with a UCLA Bachelor of Arts degree in anthropology. Lifelong fascinations include classical cryptography and interactive fiction. My wife Elizabeth and I enjoy long walks in nature, plant-based foods, and coddling our rambunctious cats.

I invite you to email me at andrew@merenbach.com with any inquiries, including coaching or speaking availability.
