Couscous pudding

Today I tried out a basic couscous pudding. It is readily adaptable into a plant-based variant.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat milk and sugar in a pot.
  2. Add butter and a pinch of salt if desired.
  3. Bring to just boiling to scald the milk.
  4. Remove pot from heat.
  5. Add vanilla if desired.
  6. Stir in couscous.
  7. Cover and let sit for five minutes.

Allow to cool to desired temperature and enjoy!
